Ass fire workout- Bodyrock.tv

For avid fans of Bodyrock.tv....
Of all the levels they posted up on FB and their website, I really like this one.

Try it out!

To those who are new or aren't sure of the amount of resistance used, here is a rough breakdown.

Pink sand bag: 7kg (Use a bag of rice or stones)
Indian clubs: 500g each (Just use water bottles)
