Weights used: 5kg dumb bells.
Duration: 30 mins

50 Jumping Jacks

(Superset) x3
Tricep kickbacks 10 reps
Hammer curls 8 reps

(Superset)x3
Dips 10 reps
Curls 8 reps

100 jumping jacks

(Superset)x3
Front raise 10 reps
Side raise 10 reps

100 jumping jacks

Multivitamin
