Megan Fox Workout

Megan Fox. We may love or hate her, but we cannot deny that her body was worked out well for her Transformers stint.

To tone up quick and get her body tone, there are 3 things you need to do:
1. Timed Resistance Training
2. HIIT- High Intensity Interval Training
3. Eat natural and well! Good nutrition = good fuel for the body to recover



Part 1: Timed Resistance Training- Full body circuit
 30 seconds per workout. Rest 1 min at the end of 1 circuit.
Crunches
Superman
Hanging leg raises
Bike crunches
V ups
Lying leg raises
Plank
Left Side plank
Right side plank
Repeat this 2-3 times


Part 2: HIIT- Pick 1 cardio exercise (e.g. jumping jacks, squats, running, skipping, biking etc)
warm up (slow pace)-3 min
Start: 1 min at HIGHEST INTENSITY
Rest: 30s
Repeat 7 times.


Part 3: Nutrition
Eat whole and natural food. Eat more lean protein. Less starchy food such as potatoes. Drink only green tea and water.
